In the Client Information window, under Referral action, select the Reject radio button.
In the Client Search section, the basic demographic information will populate based on the received CCD. Note: Recommended client matches will populate based on clients that exist in myAvatar. Optionally, you can select the client.
Select Save. Result: This will save the rejected referral in the Rejected folder of CareConnect Inbox.
