Manage a referral in CareConnect Inbox

  1. In the CareConnect Inbox widget, select a message.
  2. Navigate through each received attachment and review them for the client.
    Note: Viewing an attachment activates the Manage button. The Manage button allows you to manage the referral and/or save attachments to the client record.
  3. Select Manage.
  4. In the Client Information dialog box, under Is this a referral?, select Yes.
  5. Determine your referral action and complete one of the following tasks:
    • Accept a Referral for an Existing Client
    • Accept a Referral for a New Client
    • Reject a Referral
    • Mark a Referral as Pending
