In the CareConnect Inbox widget, select a message.
Navigate through each received attachment and review them for the client. Note: Viewing an attachment activates the Manage button. The Manage button allows you to manage the referral and/or save attachments to the client record.
Select Manage.
In the Client Information dialog box, under Is this a referral?, select Yes.
