About Receiving Referrals in CareConnect Inbox
When you receive a referral in CareConnect Inbox, you can manage it and determine what action to take.
CareConnect Inbox allows you to:
- Accept a referral for an existing client
- Accept a referral for a new client
- Reject a referral
- Mark a referral as Pending
