About Organization Registration in CareConnect Inbox

Organization Registration can only be completed after the System Administrator, or individual who will be the organization’s Trusted Agent (TA), has watched and signed the MedAllies Trusted Agent (TA) video.

The Organization’s TA will be the team member to complete the Organization Registration within CareConnect Inbox. The TA must complete the Organization Registration before provisioning any Direct Addresses.
