UMDAP Entries Missing Authorization Report - Cal-PM

Generate a report that details all families missing the following UMDAP information in the Family Registration form (UMDAP Information section).

Avatar PM > Client Management > Family and UMDAP Management > UMDAP Entries Missing Authorization

  • The UMDAP Periods with Blank Interview Information report is sorted by family name.
  • UMDAP periods missing the interview information display under each family name.
  • A family must be created in the Family Registration form.
  • UMDAP information must be entered in the UMDAP Information section.
  • This report generates automatically when the form is selected in the myAvatar PM menu.
