Spreadsheet Edit Service Information - Cal-PM

Edit information for existing services.

Note: Selections made in this form filter the services that can be edited in the Spreadsheet Edit Service Information grid.


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Services > Ancillary/Ambulatory Services > Spreadsheet Edit Service Information
  2. In the Individual Or All Programs field, select to include all programs or an individual program. If Individual is selected, in the Program field, select the program.
  3. n the Individual Or All Clients field, select to include all clients or an individual client. If Individual is selected, in the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID, and select.
  4. In the Begin Date Of Service and End Date Of Service fields, enter the date rage to include.
  5. In the Claim Number field, select the claim by which to filter services from the list of services to select or update.
  6. In the Only Show Services That Require A Diagnosis Or Are Primary Medical Program Services field, select Yes or No.
  7. In the Show Services Associated With A Diagnosis Entry field, select the appropriate services to include.
  8. In the Only Load Services With This Status field, select to include services that are Opened, Closed, and/or Claimed.
  9. In the 'Sort Column' fields, select which fields to sort by.
  10. Select Edit Service Information to display the Spreadsheet Edit Service Information grid. Edit service information as necessary. Select Save.
  11. Select Submit.
