Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT Details - Cal-PM

Document inquiries from the hospitals regarding specific TARs, resubmittals of TARs to the intermediary, and TAR Update Transmittals (TUT).

Prerequisite:


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > TAR
  2. The Episode Information field displays detailed information about the TAR.
  3. In the TAR Number field, select the Treatment Authorization Request to review.
  4. In the Compliance Notes field, review the compliance notes.
  5. In the Note to Clinician field, review the clinician notes.
  6. In the Select Inquiry, Resubmit, and TUT field, select an existing item or the Create New Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT option.
  7. Choose Delete Selected to remove an existing inquiry, resubmit, or TUT item from the system.
  8. In the Date Received field, enter the date that the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT was received.
  9. In the Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT field, select the type of action to process.
  10. In the Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT Details field, enter any comments related to the action.
  11. In the Provider Notified field, enter the date that the provider was notified of the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT.
  12. In the Intermediary Notified field, enter the date that the intermediary was notified of the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT.
  13. In the Compliance Support Staff field, select the staff.
