Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT Details - Cal-PM
Document inquiries from the hospitals regarding specific TARs, resubmittals of TARs to the intermediary, and TAR Update Transmittals (TUT).
Prerequisite:
- A TAR must be filed for the client through the TAR Administrative Form.

Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > TAR - The Episode Information field displays detailed information about the TAR.
- In the TAR Number field, select the Treatment Authorization Request to review.
- In the Compliance Notes field, review the compliance notes.
- In the Note to Clinician field, review the clinician notes.
- In the Select Inquiry, Resubmit, and TUT field, select an existing item or the Create New Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT option.
- Choose Delete Selected to remove an existing inquiry, resubmit, or TUT item from the system.
- In the Date Received field, enter the date that the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT was received.
- In the Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT field, select the type of action to process.
- In the Inquiry, Resubmit, or TUT Details field, enter any comments related to the action.
- In the Provider Notified field, enter the date that the provider was notified of the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT.
- In the Intermediary Notified field, enter the date that the intermediary was notified of the inquiry, resubmit, or TUT.
- In the Compliance Support Staff field, select the staff.
