Compile Residential/Inpatient Charges - Cal-PM

Compile inpatient or residential unit charges into a worklist. The worklist contains active clients (not discharged) assigned to residential or inpatient treatment programs for the date.

► Notes
  • A compiled unit worklist can be edited (Edit Residential/Inpatient Worklist form), or posted (Post Residential/Inpatient Worklist form). Those that have not been posted can be compiled again in this form.
  • A worklist must be compiled again if clients have been transferred to another treatment program, or discharged after the worklist has been verified and compiled. Changes made to the worklist are removed if the worklist is compiled again.
  • A worklist cannot be compiled once it has been posted. One user at a time can compile charges for a date.
  • Worklists can be compiled and posted in the Compile And Post Edit Residential/Inpatient Charges form.
  • Units must be verified through the Verify Unit Census form before compiling.

Important: If this form is interrupted before the worklist can be posted the worklist will be locked. Worklists can be unlocked in the Unlock Residential/Inpatient Worklist form.
