Client Delete - Cal-PM
Delete a client from myAvatar Cal-PM. Deleting a client removes the client's record from myAvatar Cal-PM but does not discharge the client.
Note: Deleting a client with balances for services rendered in a closed accounting period can create issues in the current accounting period.
Prerequisite:
- All client movements must be deleted before the client can be deleted (Delete Last Movement form).
- Go to: Avatar PM - System Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Client Delete.
- In the Client field, enter the client name, click the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
- Select Display Client to display the Client Demographic Information report, which details basic client demographic information.
- Select Submit.
