Client Delete - Cal-PM

Delete a client from myAvatar Cal-PM. Deleting a client removes the client's record from myAvatar Cal-PM but does not discharge the client.

Note: Deleting a client with balances for services rendered in a closed accounting period can create issues in the current accounting period.

Prerequisite:

  • All client movements must be deleted before the client can be deleted (Delete Last Movement form).
  1. Go to: Avatar PM - System Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Client Delete.
  2. In the Client field, enter the client name, click the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
  3. Select Display Client to display the Client Demographic Information report, which details basic client demographic information.
  4. Select Submit.
