Physical - Summary and Plan Section

Enter information for the client's physical condition.

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Assessments > Product Assessments > Physical > Summary and Plan Section
2. In the Medical Assessment field, enter assessment information.
3. In the Plan field, enter a proposal to treat the client condition.
4. In the Number of Diagnoses field, select the overall amount of client diagnoses.
5. In the Risk of Significant Complications, Morbidity field, select the overall level of client morbidity.
6. In the Amount or Complexity of Data field, select the overall complexity of data.
