Nutrition Assessment

Record data related to a client's food and nutrition intake, lifestyle, and medical history.

1. In the Select Client screen, enter the client ID in the Client Name/ID field, click Select Client Name/ID Search. Click Ok.
2. If the client has multiple episodes, select the client's episode, click Ok.
3. In the Assessing Clinician field, enter the clinician's name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
4. In the Assessing Date field, enter the assessment date.
5. Diagnosis information from the Mental Status Assessment form populates the 'Medical Diagnosis' fields, and is display only.
   The Current Medications field is setup in the Dictionary Update form.
6. Once finished, click Submit.
