Mental Health Treatment Plan Default Setup

You can define existing mental health treatment plan data that will populate a new treatment plan using this table.

• Information that has populated can be edited.
• If information has been selected to populate, when new mental health treatment plans are opened, a dialog displays asking if information should populate. If Yes is clicked, the Select A Treatment Plan To Default screen displays. Choose the treatment plan, click Ok.

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities
2. In the Default Information from previous Treatment Plan if no rows exist field, select whether information from a treatment plan will populate associated fields for a new treatment plan.
3. Selecting Yes in Default fields (Individual Plan, Needs/Desires, Needs/Desires Definitions, Goals, and Objectives) enables additional fields. If Yes is selected select whether additional information will default for blank treatment plans.
4. If Yes is selected in the Default in Objectives field, select support plans to default if appropriate.
5. In the Allow fields, select whether there are multiple plan authors. (The user in the Other Participant field can be assigned as the treatment plan author.)
6. Click Submit.
