Creating Progress Note (Group and Individual) Draft Documents

In order to create a Progress Notes (Group and Individual) draft note, select the Draft option from the Draft/Final radio button if present on the progress note form. If not present, the Draft/Final radio button can be added using Site Specific Section Modeling. Make sure to select No to the prompt, "Exclude from Data Collection Instrument" as seen below to enable this functionality.

When saving as a draft, the Individual Progress Notes section of the Progress Notes (Group and Individual) form will not check the requirements for site specific fields.
