View the selected client's personal, demographic, and admissions history information.

  1. Click Run Report.
    Report information displays in the Report field.
  2. Click Print Report to generate a Client Face Sheet report.

The HMIS CID field is populated by the information entered on the Other Referral -2 section of the Admission Referral Information form.
