Assign Services in Treatment Plan

Set the Activate Program/Service Code Filter registry setting to Yes.
Set the Enable Service Entry Restriction By Client Treatment Plan registry setting to "E" or "S."
For each program, enable the desired services in the myAvatar PM Program Maintenance form, in the Assign Services To Program section.
In the myAvatar CWS Create New Treatment Plan form, create the desired treatment plan.
Go into Site Specific Section Modeling and select the created treatment plan's Intervention section.
In the Prompt Definition section, select the Assigned Services field on the Prompt Definition grid and make sure that the Exclude from Data Collection Instrument field is set to No.
Click Submit. The Assigned Services should now be linked to the Interventions.
