ARRA Eligible Provider Definition

Define the ARRA Eligible Providers.


  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities
  2. In the Incentive Program field, select Medicaid, Medicare, or Both.
  3. In the Eligible Provider field, select the desired providers or leave blank for all.
  4. In the Reporting Year to Display field, select the desired years or leave blank for all.
  5. In the Add New Row For EP If None Exists field:
    • Select Yes to add a new row for the eligible provider.
    • Select No to prevent a new row from being added.
  6. In the Default Incentive Program Entry field:
    • Select Yes to default the incentive program entry into the new eligible provider row.
    • Select No to leave it blank.
  7. In the Default Medicaid State field, select the state or territory to default into the new eligible provider row.
  8. In the Default Reporting Year field, select the reporting year to default into the new eligible provider row.
  9. Click Update Eligible Provider Information to save the entered information.
    Results: The ARRA Eligible Provider Definition screen displays.
  10. Click Display Report of Eligible Provider Information to generate a report of eligible provider information.
