Edit Residential/Inpatient Worklist - PM
Change client charge information for clients in a compiled residential or inpatient worklist.

- Clients are added to a worklist when they are admitted into an inpatient program, or assigned to a bed through the Admission or Bed Assignment form.
- Clients are removed from a worklist when they are discharged from an inpatient program through the Discharge form.
- Edits can be made before the worklist is posted.
- If a client in the worklist was admitted or discharged, the worklist must be recompiled.
- Units must be verified through the Verify Unit Census form before compiling.
- Units must be compiled through the Compile Residential/Inpatient Charges, or Compile And Post Edit Residential/Inpatient Charges form.
- Posted worklists cannot be edited.
- In the Edit Compiled Worklist For Date field, enter the worklist edit date.
Note: The latest date that units were compiled populates and can be edited. If other dates need editing, they are completed individually. - In the Individual Or All Units field, select to edit a worklist for all units, or for an individual unit. If Individual is selected, In the For Unit field, select the units.
- In the Client ID field, select a client.
- In the Room and Board Billing Charge Code field, select the room and board billing code. The room and board billing code entered in the Admission form or Bed Assignment form populates, and can be edited.
- In the Room and Board Charge field, enter the room and board billing charge. The service code fee entered in the Service Codes form or Service Fee/Cross Reference Maintenance form populates, and can be edited.
- In the Admit Charge Code field, select the admit charge code. The admit charge code entered in the Admission form populates, and can be edited.
- In the Admit Charge field, enter the admission charge fee. The service code fee entered in the Service Codes form or Service Fee/Cross Reference Maintenance form populates, and can be edited.
- In the Daily Charge Code field, select the daily charge code. The daily charge code entered in the Admission form populates, and can be edited.
- In the Daily Charge field, enter the daily charge. The daily charge fee entered in the Admission form, or the service code fee entered in the Service Codes form or Service Fee/Cross Reference Maintenance form populates, and can be edited.
- Click Update Worklist.
