About Risk Level Update

The Risk Level Update form allows you to assign a Risk Level to a client, enter risk level history for patient episodes, and view risk data entered in the Chart View.

A System Administrator can enable this form via the registry setting Enable Risk Level Functionality.

Enabling this form also gives you the ability to add the Risk Level field to Site-Specific Admission and Site-Specific Pre-Admission sections of the Admission and Pre Admit forms.

Risk Level fields are all configurable using a Dictionary update. Each new record is listed in its own row which displays the date of change, current risk level, former risk level, the reason for the change, and the user who filed the row of data. The field Risk Level Reason For Change is auto-populated based on the selection of values for "Risk Level From" and Risk Level To".
