National Drug Code Reporting - PM

Specify National Drug Code information for a service.  The data is only available for viewing and updating if the service has not been claimed. Once claimed, the data is no longer shown in this form.

1. Go to: Avatar PM > Services > Ancillary/Ambulatory Services
2. In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID, and select.
3. In the Episode Number field, select the client episode.
4. In the Service Start Date and Service End Date fields, enter the first and last date of service.
5. In the Program field, select the client program.
6. In the Practitioner field, enter the practitioner name or ID, and select.
7. In the Service To Record Information For field, select the service. 
   Note: When NCPDP is enabled this will only show pharmacy services as defined in Service Code Definition form. When disabled, all services will be shown.
8. Click Launch NDC Input to display the National Drug Code Reporting screen.
9. When finished, click Submit.
