Individual Letter Request - PM
Request specific types of letters to be sent to a client.
Prerequisites:

Letter types must be defined for the system.
- Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance
- In the Client Letter Requested For field, enter the name or ID of the client and select a value from the Results list.
- Select the relevant Episode, if any.
- Select the Language for the letter.
- In the Date Requested field, enter the date of the letter request.
- Select the Letter Type.
Note: Letter types are stored in a dictionary in the database. Refer to the Letter Maintenance form, or contact the system administrator. - In the Letter Comments field, enter any comments or notes on the letter.
- Click Submit.
