Discharge Alert Input - PM

Create a client discharge alert that will display when a client is discharged, or is on leave.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Client Information
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID, and select. Click Select. If the client has multiple episodes, the Episode Information pre-display shows.
  3. Select the episode and select OK.
  4. In the Perform Discharge Alert field, select Yes to attach a discharge alert to the client’s episode.
  5. In the Type Of Alert field, select the alert type.
  6. Click Submit.
