The AR Console in myAvatar NX is a product widget that displays claims with outstanding receivables. After configuring the system to run on a nightly basis, the AR Console will pull in any claims that have either a credit balance or an outstanding balance. With the AR Console, you can:

• review denials and denial reasons
• copy claim follow-up notes across all claims for a specific client
• flag claims for rebill
• review authorizations and resolve them
• view service history for the service or the claim
• perform write-offs and post transactions to the client ledger

Using the AR Console increases efficiency as you can perform all these tasks, and more, without leaving the widget.
