Delete Services

Delete services from closed batches.

• Services in vouchers and EOBs can be deleted.

1. In the Select Client screen enter the client's name, click Select Client Name. Select the client, click OK.

2. In the Select Member field, enter the member name, and select.

3. In the Select Service To Delete field, select the service.

• Services available in this field are defined in the Restrict Services Available For Addition/Deletion registry setting.

4. Click Submit.

• The original service code is replaced with "DELETE".
• The original service code is stored in the 'original batch_clm_svc_detail', and 'history_member_svc SQL' tables.
