Delete Closed Account

Remove the selected client's closed account from the database. See Close Client Account to close an existing open account.Details

Warning: Deleted accounts are removed from the database and not available for reporting.

  1. Go to: Avatar CFMS > Account Management > Delete Closed Account
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID number. Select a client from the list.
  3. In the Existing Account Number field, select the account number. This list consists of only those closed account numbers registered to the selected client.
  4. Click Submit.
