Locked Documentation Data Mover

The locked Documentation Data Mover utility allows for locked Documentation Data items, and any associated reportsto be moved from one case to another for the same patient. Aftera move, the details of the move will be logged in the patient history and the system log. This utility should be used for documents that were locked in error in the wrong case.

NOTE: After a successful move, any Accounting visit information will remain - it won't move with the document. It is recommended that the visit be manually re-added so that visit properties will be created correctly for the new case. Once complete, the old visit can be deleted.

• Patient: The patient to move the locked data from with the Document Type of Data.

• Case: The case to move the locked data to.
