Locked Documentation Data Editor
Description:
When data has been locked, it cannot be unlocked to be edited in any way. However, if a mistake has been made in the Time In/Out, the rendering facility, or the rendering and cosigning providers, these can be changed using the Locked Documentation Data Editor Tool. This tool edits that document's properties, which are otherwise inaccessible. However, it cannot edit any of the actual data or content in the note itself. This tool is available only to Administrator users. Note: This utility will only modify locked Data Documents, not Flex Notes, or Image Notes. To edit the document properties of Unlocked Data, Flex Notes, or Image Notes, please use the Documentation Properties button on the Patient Navigator.
