Location or Address Change

Description:

If your clinic has recently changed locations or addresses, there are a few steps that need to be completed in order to make sure the address change is reflected throughout all areas of TheraOffice.

Applies To:

TheraOffice Onsite and Web, version .9 or above

General Steps:

These changes need to be made by a user withAdministrative Access. The changes that need to be made are as follows:

1.Facilities:Services Rendered, Suppliers Billing Info (if needed) and Patient Statements.

  • The facilities logo which appears on receipts, statements and reports may also need to be changed if it lists the old address.

2. Clinic Header/Footers

Facilities:

  • Navigate the the backstage menu and click on Administrator.
  • Click on Facilities which is located at the top of the administrator page.
  • Select the facility that needs to reflect the new address.
  • From this page, the addresses can be changed.
    • Note there are three tabs: Services Rendered, Billing Info and Patient Statements and all can be changed separately, to accomodate different addresses. If the addresses are the same, they should still be entered into each individual tab. These tabs are found at the top of the page (highlighted in the image below).
  • From this page the facilities logo can also be changed
    • This only needs to occur if the address is on the logo
    • You can check this by clicking on the View/Editbutton under "Services Rendered." This is highlighted in the image below.
      • If it does need to be changed you can either delete the logo or upload the new one.

Clinic Header/ Footers

  • Navigate the the backstage menu and click on Administrator.
  • Click on Clinic Header/ Footers which is located at the top of the administrator page.
  • Choose the desired facility and click onEdit HeaderorEdit Footer at the top of the page.
  • A text box will open and the address can be edited to reflect the change.
    • Note: Be sure to click on "save and close" rather than the "X" to ensure the changes are saved.
