Loading Progressions

Treatment Progressionscan be used to quickly set up a protocol for treatment in which treatments can be progressed or regressed based on the patient's response to treatment. Once a Treatment Progression has been added to the Treatments List, the back and forward arrows can be used to move to the next set of settings or the next treatment in the Progression.
Loading A Treatment Progression
To load a Treatment Progression, click the Progressions button from the top toolbar in the Treatments control.

Next, place a check mark next to the progression to insert into the Treatments list, and click the OK button.

Progressing / Regressing A Treatment
During the entry of documentation, using the forward button to the right on the Treatment row will move the treatment in the progression to the next step in the progression. If the next step in the progression is a settings change, then the settings will be updated. If the next step in the progression is a treatment change, then the treatment will be removed and replaced with the next treatment in the progression. The below example shows a settings change.

To regress a treatment, click the backwards button on the left side of the Treatment row. NOTE: Moving backwards can only move to the previous settings changein the progression, and not the previous treatment changein the progression.
