License Manager
Note: This is an onsite only feature. Web licenses are automatically renewed and can be adjusted by contacting our Support department via submitting a ticket or at 630-455-1863 x 2 or support@theraoffice.com .
The License Manager is responsible for managing TheraOffice Copy Protection. Licenses are issued per facility which allow access to use of TheraOffice. NOTE: Licensing TheraOffice is done per provider per database. Each user (or computer) does not need to be licensed separately. Most facilities have only one database.
1. ClickAdministrator on the main menu and select License Manager from the drop down menu.

� Renew My Subscription License: Renews TheraOffice license via the web or mailed invoice.
� I Have a License on Floppy or Email: Updates license via a floppy disk or E-mailed file.
� I Have a License Extension Code: Updates license for 10 days (Used only when floppy or internet connection is unavailable).
� View My Current License Information: Views current license information.
� View My Previous License Renewal Receipts: Views previous license invoice receipts.
