Introducing the TheraOffice Patient Portal

The TheraOffice patient portal is a new tool which will allow your patients to fill out your clinic's intake paperwork electronically and enables you to smoothly import those documents to your TheraOffice database.

Patients will start by entering their demographic and insurance information. Then, they will fill out parts of their initial evaluation which you have designated. Finally, patients will electronically sign your clinic's policies and submit their registration. That registration is sent via the cloud to your inbound queue, where information is imported into the patient's information, case, and even initial evaluation note--significantly reducing data entry and documentation time.

Your TheraOffice patient portal is completely customizable for your clinic, from the logo on the page to the questions asked of your patients. It is not a static form and it is flexible to your individual practice's style. Best of all, all the controls to the portal are located in your TheraOffice Administrator, so you can make these customizations at any time and at your own pace!

Patient Portal FAQs

How do patients access the portal?

The portal is browser based, so your patients will be able to access it on any device with internet access-whether or not they are physically in your office-as long as they have your portal URL or are invited to the portal via email by your staff.

Will the portal be available for onsite customers?

Yes! However, the onsite version is still in development and does not have an official release date. At this time, it is a web only feature.

Is there an additional cost to use the patient portal?

Yes. The portal uses a different cloud service and will have an additional cost.We understand how important pricing is to our clients, so we are doing our best to figure out a pricing model that reflects the value of the portal to your practice.We believe the portal will offer a great return on investment by decreasing time and effort for your staff and providers as well as adding convenience options for your clients. The portal, similarly to your TheraOffice licenses, is priced based on the number of providers at your clinic. For a custom quote for your clinic, please submit a price form here.

Getting started with the patient portal couldn't be easier.

To start, please contact Sales@TheraOffice.com. Our portal sales team will reach out to you with a custom quote and to answer any questions you might have. If you decide to move forward with the patient portal, we will set your portal up on the back-end.

When your portal is ready, a member of our implementation team will contact you. They will assist you with the initial set up and provide you with materials to help train your staff. They will be available to help answer any questions and get you started with your new patient portal.
