Introducing the Schedule Optimizer:

The Schedule Optimizer is an enhanced version of the waitlist feature in TheraOffice, designed to leverage your waitlist and automate the process of filling those slots in order to maximize your scheduling potential.

When an appointment time opens up which has patients waiting for the opportunity to book that time slot, patients are notified via email and given the opportunity to book that time electronically.

Schedule Optimizer Highlights:

The Schedule Optimizer allows you to set available times for your patients based on their convenience, without scheduling an appointment first. When a time slot opens up in those specified times, you will be prompted to send them an invitation to book their appointment via email.

Patients can then choose to use those emails to book their appointments automatically, placing the appointment directly on your TheraOffice schedule and notifying the staff of successful optimization.

The optimizer maximizes your patients' availability and providers' time to ensure your clinic has a robust and efficient schedule, driving revenue and increasing patient access.
