he Medication Administration Record (MAR) is part of the Service Delivery module.  The MAR is designed to facilitate the medical staff with all aspects of administering the client’s medication.  TIER workflow begins with the setup of medications and continues with authorizations for ordering, administering the medications, and establishing protocols.   All medications must be entered and maintained in the Service Delivery module in order to use TIER and the associated functions.  The screens in this module can capture a wealth of data which can be carried over to the integrated client record.  

TIER begins collecting client data during the initial inquiry and admission which will then auto-populate throughout the software wherever pertinent, which prevents redundant data entry.  TIER Workflow provides organizations with a solid and flexible foundation from which to automate its service delivery process.

The Service Delivery module contains a Medical/Nursing section which includes additional sections for Medication Orders, Lab Orders, Monitoring, and Prescriptions.  Everything the medical staff will need is only a few keystrokes away.  Due to the nature of medication delivery, changes should not be made to the MAR forms without the authorization/approval of the TIER Product team.  This includes the setup screens in this module.
