Possible solution

The chargeslip may not have been final saved.

Locate the chargeslip from the Client Facesheet or Non-Final Saved Chargeslips list and final save it.

The chargeslip is final saved but is pending prior authorization.

Get authorization from the payor and run the procedure to fix pending chargeslips.

Filters on the left are excluding the charge.

Confirm the output type and payor selected on the left match the payor that the charge is currently under.

The balance on the chargeslip is less than or equal to zero.

If the balance of the charge is less than or equal to zero, be sure to select the Show zero values check box.

The charge has already been batched.

At the top of the Batch Billing form, select Rebills instead of New Bills.

The filters are set on a column header to limit the results.

To remove the filters, navigate to the respective column header (it will have a gray triangle next to the header name) and click on the drop down arrow and select the [ALL] option.
