TIER Quick Exit Option

Overview

Use the Quick Exit option to shut down TIER quickly.

The Quick Exit option is new with the TIER 8.3.5 EXE. This option is helpful for when a TIER form stops responding, or "hangs".

To access Quick Exit, navigate to File > Quick Exit.

When you use the Quick Exit option, any unsaved documents will be lost, as indicated by the following message.

As an alternative to the Quick Exit option, you can use the keyboard shortcut F5 to refresh TIER and quickly return to the root of TIER.
