TIER® Inquiry - Intake Assessment

The Inquiry Module is designed for call centers, front office, or whomever might handle your organization’s service inquiries and preadmission screenings. The screens in this module can capture a wealth of data which can either be carried over to the integrated client record upon admission or transferred to another organization in the case of a referral. You will follow a simulated workflow from the Inquiry manual but in this manual the client will go through the Intake Assessment. Since TIER® begins collecting client data at the point of inquiry a lot of the fields will be populated, which prevents redundant data entry. You will begin by searching for an inquiry record. While you navigate through screens in the Inquiry module you may be periodically prompted to save data, depending on your security settings. If you choose to save, the system will store any data you have entered.
