Portal email reminders window

Path: Administration>Configuration>Clinical>Portal E-mail Reminders

With the Portal E-mail Reminders window, an agency can set up a frequency for reminder e-mails to be sent to group practices and physicians. These reminders notify them about orders, face-to-face documents, and CTIs waiting for review on Physician Portal. If no custom settings are defined for group practices or physicians, default settings are used to ensure that the documents are signed in a timely manner. Default settings also contain message body, e-mail sender address, SMTP server IP address, and other general settings.
