Patient Signature – Pick List tab
Path: Administration>Configuration>Organizations>Patient Signature
The Pick List tab enables you to define options that will appear in the Patient Signature Wizard for you to select reasons why a patient or alternate is unwilling or unable to sign an acknowledgment. The Pick List grid comes hardcoded with the following options:
- Cognitively Impaired
- Legally Blind
- Illiterate
- Language Barrier
- Physically Impaired
- Power of Attorney Appointed
- Under Age
- Other
- Refused to Sign
- Alternate Not Available
- Patient Cognitively Impaired
- Patient Physically Impaired
- Translator Not Available
These options cannot be edited or deleted, but you can also create your own options to add to the list.
