Diagnosis Codes window
Path: Administration>Clinical>Diagnosis Codes
With the Diagnosis Codes window, you can view ICD-9 diagnoses and procedures that were used prior to the 9.0 Netsmart Homecare release. Starting from the 9.0 release, the ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes are taken from Allscripts Terminology Platform (ATP).
The Diagnosis Codes window contains the following fields:

Enter the name of the diagnosis or procedure that you want to find. |
| Description |
Name of a diagnosis or procedure. |
| Code |
The ICD-9 code of a diagnosis or procedure. |
| Group |
Specific diagnosis group that is associated with a diagnosis or procedure. |
| Imported |
Indicates the imported code. |
| Active |
Indicates that the diagnosis code could be used prior to the 9.0 release. |
| Surgical |
Indicates that this diagnosis code is a procedure. |
| HL7 Imported |
Indicates that the diagnosis code was imported through HL7. |
| Is PPS Case Mix | Indicates a PPS Case Mix diagnosis shown in the M1024 column in Patient>General>Diagnosis |
