Add PPS NRS Severity

Path: Administration > Configuration > PPS NRS Severity

1. Go to Administration>Configuration>PPS>PPS NRS Severity.
2. In the left pane, select the severity record.
3. In the right pane, add a new row.
4. In the Effective Date field, specify the date when the severity becomes active.
5. Complete the Relative Weight field as appropriate.
6. Enter the NRS HIPPS code letter in the appropriate field.
7. Save your changes.
