The Pay Rates Calculator Warnings report displays the information on the warnings for the employees. The following types of warnings are available for a user: Total AmountNumber of MilesMinimum Pay RateNo Employee Number, and Deduction to Thresholds.

Information on the Report Specification Summary Page

The Report Specification Summary page is generated as the last page of the Pay Rates Calculator Warnings report, when the Include Definitions Page check box is selected on the Define tab.

Data displayed on this page depends on the information you enter on the Define and Consolidation tabs.

The Report Specification Summary page includes the following options: Date RangeModeSelected Warnings, and Sort. Depending on the mode you selected, additional fields can appear. For example, if you select Pay Cycle Selection, the Selected Cycles column appears which displays the list of cycles you chose for each Business Unit. Also the Consolidationcolumn with the Business Unit and Region levels of specificity appears if you select the corresponding options on the Define tab.

Using this window, you can preview and print information on the pay rates calculator warnings for the employees or pay cycles.

Use the Define tab to select the information you want to include in the report. You can also use the Pay Rates Calculator Warnings Report – Consolidation Tab to define the leel of specificity of the report and the Preview tab to view a sample report onscreen.

Use the Consolidation tab to define the level of specificity you want to include in the report. For each level you select, you should also define the values you want to include. The levels are listed from the most general to the most specific.

In this report, you can set parameters on the Region and Business Unit levels.

Generating Pay Rates Calculator Warnings Report

1.

Open Pay Rates Calculator>Reports>Pay Rates Calculator Warnings Report or Financial>Pay Rates Calculator>Pay Rates Calculator Warnings Report.

2.

On the Define tab, enter the values in the fields as appropriate.

3.

Click Preview to generate the report.

If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.

4.

If needed, print or save the report in the necessary format.
