Orders Signature report – Define tab
Path: Reports>Clinical>Orders Signature
Use the Define tab to specify information you want to include in the report:
Data Range

Begin Date End Date |
Select the date range the report should be generated for. |
Patient
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
|
All Patients |
Click to generate the report for all patients who have preadmission orders signed. |
|
Specific Patients |
Click to specify patients who have preadmission orders signed. You can search and add the needed patients in the Select Patients dialog. The quantity of the selected patients is displayed next to the Select button. |
Physician
| Field | Description |

All Physicians |
Click to generate the report for all physicians who signed preadmission orders. |
|
Specific Physicians |
Click to specify physicians who have signed preadmission orders by searching and adding the needed physicians in the Physician dialog. The quantity of the selected physicians is displayed next to the Select button. |
