Generate Financial reports - common steps

  1. Go to Reports>Financial and select the needed report.
  2. On the Define tab, specify the report date range.
  3. Complete the other sections on the Define tab as appropriate (see Financial reports - common elements - Define tab).
  4. On the Consolidation tab, select the necessary levels of consolidation and appropriate values for each level (see Financial/Episodic reports - common elements - Consolidation tab).
  5. Click Preview to generate the report. If you change the criteria on the Define tab after preview, you should close and then open the Preview tab again to reflect your changes.
  6. If needed, print or save the report in the necessary format using the Preview toolbar.
