Face Sheet report - Define tab

As of Date

Specify the date to include only the patients added to the database after a certain date. This field is not available for the accumulated face sheets.

Sequence by Team

Select to print the report by team order. This option is not available if you print face sheet from Patient>Documents.

Include Notes

Select to include clinical notes in the report.

Print Procedures

Select to include all procedure codes for a patient in the face sheet.

Print All Applicable Diagnoses/Procedures

Select to include all diagnosis and procedure codes in the face sheet.

Print Agency Name

Select to include the agency name in the report.

Show CTI Physician's Information

Select to display CTI physician's first name, last name, address, work and fax phone numbers in the report. MD CTI is entered in Patient>General>Admissions & Status.

Patients

Click the Patients button to choose the patients for the report. This option is not available for face sheets in Patient>Documents and Orders>Accumulated Documents.

Branch

Select the appropriate branch to generate the report for the patients in the specific branch. This option is not available for face sheets from Patient>Documents, Orders>Demand Documents, and Orders>Accumulated Documents.

Patient Name

Select to sort the information by patient name.

Patient ID

Select to sort the information by patient ID.

Social Security Number

Select to mask the information about the social security number.

Insurance ID Number/ MBI

Select to mask the information about the insurance ID number or MBI.
