Clinical Definitions Report – Generated

Reports>General>Definitions Lists>Clinical Definitions

Note: Definitions related to diagnoses shown in this report were used prior to release 9.0 and are retained for historical purposes.

With the Clinical Definitions report, you can view the list of all items that are set up in Administration>Clinical. The list includes items, their descriptions, and other related information such as default value, whether it is active, or other properties. The information on the list corresponds to the information for the item in the appropriate window in Administration>Clinical.

The window consists of Clinical Definitions – Define Tab and Preview Tab. The information in the report depends on the data selected on the Define tab. The following are the examples of the reports for the Care Team Types and Disciplines options.

Information on the Clinical Definitions Report – Care Team Types

 

Field Name

Definition

Description

Descriptions of the care team types.

Multiple

Shows whether the care team types are multiple.

Active

Status of the care plan, goal, and intervention.

Resource Types

Names of the resource types that correspond to the given care team types.

Category

Categories of the care team types: a staff, a contractor, or neither of these options.

Discipline

Disciplines that correspond to the given care team types.

Use the Define tab to choose what information to include in the report:

Generating Clinical Definitions Report

1.

Go to Reports>General>Definitions Lists>Clinical Definitions.

2.

On the Clinical Definitions – Define Tab, complete the fields as appropriate.

3.

Click the Preview tab to generate the report.
If you change the criteria on the Define tab, you should click Close on the Preview tab and then click the Preview tab again to see those changes.

4.

If needed, print the report.
