Select Assessment window
Path: Patient > General > Admissions & Status > Select Assessment
This window opens if an OASIS assessment already exists for the patient. Using the Select Assessment window, you can select the appropriate assessment from a list of assessments done for the selected patient. The window displays information about each assessment, such as:
- discipline it was completed by
- date of assessment
- reason for assessment
- HHRG code
- who completed the assessment
When you select the assessment, the system populates a system-generated code into the Admissions & Status window that is related to the assessment.
