Schedule - Select Resource dialog

Path: Patient Mode: Schedule > Events > Schedule New Event

The Select a Resource dialog differs from the one that it is accessed from the Schedule New Event window in Patient Mode.

• It is used to select a resource to attach to a visit being scheduled for a patient in Patient Mode.
• You can search by resource name, and partial searches and wildcards are allowed.
• You can choose to show staff or contractors only, as well as resources from all or selected teams and branches. You can also search for resources that match certain skills or qualifications.

The resource list that appears in this window is determined by the discipline you selected in the Schedule New Event window.

• Selecting Skilled Nursing and then accessing this window will present a list of resources associated with the Skilled Nursing discipline for you to choose from.

In the Credential column, you can click the button corresponding to a resource to see which credentials are required for this resource to be scheduled for visits, and when those credentials take effect and expire.
