With the Qualifications window, your agency can document and track specific qualifications that a resource might have.

• For example, a resource might have language qualifications such as Spanish or French, or clinical qualifications such as IV therapy or Hoyer Lift.
• You use qualifications to automate the process of matching resources with patients having specific needs.
• You can use these qualifications as matching criteria when scheduling visits or making assignments.
• You define qualifications in the Resource Qualifications window of the Administration component.
• This information is not required to add a resource.
