Document patient infectious diseases
Path: Patient>Clinical>Adverse Events>Infections>Infectious Diseases
- In the Patient component, select a patient.
- Go to Clinical>Adverse Events>Infections.
- Click the Infectious Diseases tab, and then add a new row.
- From the Type drop-down list in the Disease properties section, select infectious disease that you want to record.
- Enter the start date and comments for the selected infectious disease in the corresponding fields. If the infectious disease has ended, enter the end date for the disease in the End Date field.
- Save your changes.
