Export Definitions Window

With the Export Definitions window, you can set up pay code types which will be used as the field definitions while creating export schemes using the Export Setup Wizard.

Using this window, you can define the following export definitions:

>	7th Consecutive L1 and L2 Pay Codes

>	Daily Overtime L1 and L2 Pay Codes

>	Weekly Overtime L1 and L2 Pay Codes

>	Mileage Pay Code

>	Holiday Pay Code

>	Weekend Pay Code

>	Overtime Pay Code

>	Direct Time Pay Code

>	Indirect Time Pay Code

>	Travel Time Pay Code

>	Petty Cash Pay Code

>	Regular Pay Code

>	Per Hour Pay Code

>	Per Visit Pay Code

>	Tiered Pay Code

>	Holiday Shift Pay Code

>	Overtime Holiday Pay Code

>	Overtime Shift Pay Code

>	Overtime Weekend Pay Code

>	Weekend Shift Pay Code

>	Negotiated Rate Pay Code

>	Shift Differential Pay Code

Adding Export Definition

1.	Open the Pay Rates Calculator component.

2.	From the menu bar, select Export>Export Definitions.

3.	Add a new row.

4.	Enter the values in the grid as appropriate.

Note: Help is available for each field within this window by pressing F1 while in the field.

5.	Save your changes.

Editing Export Definition

1.	Open the Pay Rates Calculator component.

2.	From the menu bar, select Export>Export Definitions.

3.	Select the export definition you want to edit.

4.	Change the values in the grid as appropriate.

Note: Help is available for each field within this window by pressing F1 while in the field.

5.	Save your changes.
