Contract Services Window

Resource>Transactions>Contract Services

With the Contract Services window, you can view all contract services provided by the selected resource through the Contract Invoices window in Transactions>General. Contract services are the services provided by an outside contractor—a resource that is not on the staff. The information in this window is view-only. To edit contract service information, use Transactions>General>Contract Invoices.

To view contract services provided for a selected patient, use the Contract Services window of the Patient component.

Viewing Services Performed by Contractors

1.

Open the Resource component.

2.

Select the appropriate resource. 

3.

Go to Transactions>Contract Services.

4.

Specify the date range for which you want to view the services performed by the contractor resources.

All applicable services appear in the grid.
